The room is big, staff is helpful, location is great! We ate at the hotel's lounge restaurant, enjoyed it. Furthermore, parking on-site was a bonus.

Worth its 4 stars. This hotel was vacation base for exploring Melbourne, appreciated it. It was nice to have balcony. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.
In a hotel like this - bad smell is unacceptable.

a tram stop was close to the venue, i liked it. location - within a walking distance of yarra river. i had a wonderful stay in a long time.
